Today's progress:
I've asked the foreign mission of Germany in Taipei. They denied my request owing to devoid of transfer or route pertaining to German territory. I noticed that you mentioned it may be possible to apply in Hungarian "embassy", however in Taiwan, there's no European "embassy" beside Vatican..(Taiwan is de facto a diplomatic orphan) So I went check it out... surprisingly it could help to get "Lithuanian Schengen Visa". But they said it's no way to deal with "Latvian Schengen Visa".

OK, then I called the Latvian ambassador in Japan to see if I send the documents to Tokyo, how much should I pay in Yen (Japanese currency). He suggested me that I turn to Latvian embassy in Beijing but I should go "in person", not by post. OK, going to Beijing, you gotta fly to Hong Kong first (1hr), then 3hr..it's frankly going to another country.

This afternoon I bought another AirBaltic ticket from Riga to Vilius on July 1st, early morning. That means I'm gonna stay overnight in Riga Intl Airport, take the plane, make the entry by Lithuanian Schengen visa..finally take the bus from Vilius to Riga (for ca. 5 hr , according to the Lonely Planet series).

Tomorrow morning I'll head for Hungarian "Trade Office" in Taiwan in pursuit of a Lithuanian Schengen visa. No authority code needed. Everything's so ridiculous. I'vebeenkinda bereaved of my property to make my way to Latvia. Damn...
